Fred Hodges is a BHSI (Level 5 Performance Coach) and British Eventing Accredited Coach (UKCC Level 4), working with riders from grassroots through to advanced competition.
He is committed to lifelong learning and is currently completing an MSc in Professional Practice in Sports Coaching, with a research focus on coaching practice and athlete development.
His coaching blends technical expertise with a deeper understanding of how riders learn, perform, and make decisions under pressure. The aim is simple: to develop riders who are not just capable, but confident, adaptable, and able to perform when it matters. For riders and coaches who want to develop not just performance, but understanding.
