Fred Hodges is a BHSI (Level 5 Performance Coach) and British Eventing Accredited Coach (UKCC Level 4), with extensive experience working within team and pathway structures in the UK.
He has supported the development of riders progressing through national systems towards FEI-level eventing, combining technical coaching with a broader understanding of performance, learning, and long-term athlete development. He also has extensive experience working within structured performance pathways and contributing to team and programme environments.
